The stay at this intimate hotel was a such wonderful one. Always highly professional staff, unbeatable location, contemporary rooms. Everything was nice as expected, even so the bathroom was really small.
Views appeared to be not bad.

Most staff were delightful, wonderful rooms. Top location, within walking distance of curran theatre. Also, I liked how top the location was. Absolutely fabulous view, a small balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Downstairs bar and amazing pool...
The bathroom I had was very tiny.

I appreciated this stunningly beautiful hotel, its FRIENDLY location and warm staff. A mall and the markets were right next door. Good view of riverside. Quick check in and in general nice service.

Really good location. We would love to return. Parking for those who drive. 3-star hotel in San Francisco. We enjoyed the fact that we chose donatello.

everything we needed, like china town was placed within walking distance of the hotel. tea and coffee in the bar. nob hill district certainly deserves to be visited. located in 35 minutes' drive to the airport.

We liked all the hotel offered: comfy beds and great staff. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like colibri mexican bistro that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Just a stone's throw union square and other tourist destinations.
